In connection with submitting a Swedish summary of product characteristics, is it possible to make changes also to the package leaflet?

Changes to the package leaflet are not allowed in connection with submitting a SPC in Swedish. It is possible, however, to submit a separate 90-day variation application regarding changes to the labelling or package leaflet or a type IB variation application regarding the package leaflet to be processed at the same time.
