From early 2012, Fimea has been constructing a interprofessional network to rationalise the pharmacotherapy of aged persons. The network consists of a development network with an ambient extensive cooperation network and a support team serving as a coordinator.
The core of the network is built up by the closely knit development network. It has been compiled from local interprofessional development teams covering a patient’s pharmacotherapy path as extensively as possible. The development teams include doctors and nurses or other professionals in the fields of health care and pharmacy, working in the same locality.
If you wish to partake in the development work in a multadisciplinary team, do not hesitate to contact the persons below.
The development network is surrounded by a broad cooperation network consisting of stakeholders and authorities. It will be invited to take part in a yearly seminar to assess the progress of the development work.
