Tulehduskipulääkkeiden turvallisuustietojen päivitys lääkevalmistetietoihin

Lääkelaitos on lähettänyt myyntiluvan haltijoille kirjeen, jossa pyydetään hakemaan myyntilupaa koskevaa muutosta valmisteyhteenveto- ja pakkausselostetietojen päivittämiseksi Euroopan lääkeviraston lääkevalmistekomitean turvallisuusarvion pohjalta.

Lääketurvatyöryhmä (PhVWP) on laatinut suositukset valmisteyhteenvetoihin ja pakkausselosteisiin lisättävistä tavanomaisia, ei-selektiivisiä tulehduskipulääkkeitä koskevista turvallisuustiedoista, joiden suomenkielisistä käännöksistä vastaa Lääkelaitos. Suositukset liittyvät tietoihin lääkkeiden turvallisuudesta sydän- ja verisuonielimistölle. Myös päivitykset tulehduskipulääkkeiden vaikutuksista ruoansulatuskanavaan sekä ihoon pyydetään lisäämään.

Turvallisuustietojen päivitykset tehdään seuraaville Suomessa myyntiluvan saaneille lääkeaineille:

• Etodolaakki (M01AB08)
• Ibuprofeeni (M01AE01, M01AE51)
• Indometasiini (M01AB01, M01AB51)
• Ketoprofeeni (M01AE03)
• Ketorolaakki (M01AB15)
• Mefenaamihappo (M01AG01)
• Meloksikaami (M01AC06)
• Nabumetoni (M01AX01)
• Naprokseeni (M01AE02)
• Tenoksikaami (M01AC02)
• Tiaprofeenihappo (M01AE11)
• Tolfenaamihappo (M01AG02)
